These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ck44ap platform — Bangladesh's online casino and sports betting destination. By registering an account or accessing any part of the ck44ap website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below. 1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ck44ap ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the ck44ap website located at https://ck44ap.net and all associated sub-pages, features, and services.
By accessing the ck44ap platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without registering — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you are using ck44ap on behalf of a third party, you represent that you are authorised to bind that third party to this Agreement.
ck44ap provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), and related promotional services to adult players located in Bangladesh. The platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
ck44ap reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The "Effective" date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of ck44ap after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement otherwise remains in full force and effect.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register an account and use the ck44ap platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. ck44ap is an adults-only platform and access by minors is strictly prohibited.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling or casino gaming in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You must not be acting as an agent, employee, or representative of ck44ap or any of its partner organisations when creating a player account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.
During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
ck44ap reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision. Registration does not guarantee the right to receive any particular bonus or promotional offer.
By completing the registration process, you confirm that all details you have provided are true and accurate, and that you meet the eligibility criteria stated above. Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — constitutes an immediate and material breach of this Agreement.
3 Account Obligations
As a registered player at ck44ap, you assume the following obligations with respect to the operation, security, and use of your account:
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. ck44ap will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account if that use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- One Account Only: Each player may hold only one registered account. If ck44ap discovers that a player holds more than one account — regardless of the method used to create the additional accounts — all accounts associated with that player may be closed and any balances forfeited.
- Accurate Information: You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment details must be notified to the support team promptly. ck44ap is not responsible for payment failures resulting from outdated account information.
- Account Inactivity: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ck44ap reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts following written notification to the registered email address. Players can reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.
- Account Closure Requests: Players wishing to close their ck44ap account permanently may submit a written request to the support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Accounts subject to ongoing investigations may not be immediately closed.
ck44ap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in a manner that poses a risk to the platform or to other players.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at ck44ap are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. ck44ap supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability in your region)
Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ck44ap account balance within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to appear in your account balance.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the ck44ap finance team within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within two (2) to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
Withdrawal Conditions: To initiate a withdrawal, your account must have passed the required KYC verification. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team. ck44ap reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal.
Charges and Fees: ck44ap does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made via mobile wallet services. Charges imposed by your bank or card provider are outside ck44ap's control and remain your responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, ck44ap may, at its discretion, suspend a withdrawal request pending investigation if the transaction pattern raises concerns. Players may be required to provide additional documentation to explain the source of funds deposited into their ck44ap account.
5 Bonus & Promotions
ck44ap offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, daily reload offers, cricket cashback promotions, live casino leaderboard prizes, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
- Eligible Games: Not all games on the ck44ap platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
- One Active Bonus: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an existing bonus may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
- Bonus Abuse: ck44ap actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using systematic betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (so-called "bonus hunting"), and exploiting software errors to generate bonus credits. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
- Promotion Availability: ck44ap reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may not be available to all players at all times.
All bonus decisions made by ck44ap are final. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, players should contact the support team via live chat. The support team's determination, informed by ck44ap's internal records, constitutes the final resolution of any such dispute.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the ck44ap platform, including sports betting (cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, football, kabaddi), live casino games, RNG slots, crash games, and any other game format available on the platform.
Bet Placement: Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a valid confirmation reference number is generated by the ck44ap system. A bet that does not generate a confirmation reference has not been accepted. Players are responsible for ensuring that their intended bet has been correctly placed and confirmed before the relevant event begins or the relevant market closes.
Bet Settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, ICC for international cricket events, FIFA for football). ck44ap reserves the right to delay settlement of any bet pending official confirmation of a result.
Voided Bets: A bet may be voided — and the stake returned to the player's account — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event is postponed beyond the timeframe specified in the market rules; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed; or technical issues affected the integrity of the bet placement process.
In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets close at the point determined by the ck44ap trading team. In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. Results communicated via live data feeds are for informational purposes only; the official result always governs settlement.
Casino and RNG Games: All RNG casino games are provided by certified third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) whose software is independently audited for statistical fairness. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available in the game information panel. ck44ap does not alter RTP settings.
Maximum Win Limits: Individual games and betting markets may carry maximum win limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market details. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum for a single game round or event will be capped at the maximum win amount.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck44ap platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Registering more than one account on the ck44ap platform, whether under your own name or using any false, borrowed, or fabricated identity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the account lifecycle.
- Using the ck44ap platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting or facilitating access by a minor.
- Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any other software tool to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by ck44ap.
- Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are not valid and will be removed from your account.
- Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event on which a bet has been placed.
- Using the ck44ap platform to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that is illegal under Bangladesh law or applicable international regulations.
- Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any other conduct that seeks to reclaim deposited funds through a payment provider after those funds have been used on the platform.
- Attempting to access the ck44ap platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN software or other means of IP obfuscation to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening ck44ap support staff, other players, or any third party connected with the platform.
8 Responsible Gaming
ck44ap is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and enjoyable gambling for all adult players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment; it should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools built into the ck44ap platform.
Available Responsible Gaming Tools:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out and prompted to take a break.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and all marketing communications are stopped. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reminders showing the duration of their current session and net win/loss position. These reminders appear as in-platform notifications at intervals chosen by the player.
ck44ap will not knowingly permit a player who has requested self-exclusion to reactivate their account before the self-exclusion period has expired. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held across those accounts.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck44ap, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the ck44ap platform.
- Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your interaction with the platform.
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services, including during high-traffic events such as BPL finals or T20 World Cup matches, whether caused by technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond ck44ap's reasonable control.
- Any inaccuracy in live odds, match statistics, or data feeds provided by third-party data suppliers, including any bets settled on the basis of such data before an error is identified and corrected.
- Any failure of a third-party payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners) to process a deposit or withdrawal instruction within the expected timeframe.
ck44ap's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not, in any event, exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ck44ap's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10 Amendments & Termination
Amendments: ck44ap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or prohibited conduct definitions — ck44ap will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address or through a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the ck44ap platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination by the Player: You may terminate your use of the ck44ap platform and close your account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deducting any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method.
Termination by ck44ap: ck44ap may suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- ck44ap has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with your account.
- You have provided false information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period and you have not responded to reactivation communications.
- ck44ap is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation.
Where ck44ap terminates your account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in your account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. ck44ap will communicate the reasons for termination to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Survival: Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution clauses — will remain in full force and effect after your account is closed.
